Responsibilities
Manage electrical construction for large-scale data center and industrial projects ranging from $20M–$150M+ in electrical scope
Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and field coordination
Partner closely with superintendents, foremen, and field teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and trade partners
Track budgets, change orders, labor productivity, and project financials
Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company standards, QA/QC processes, and mission-critical requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of electrical project management experience
Proven success managing data center or industrial electrical projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and mission-critical infrastructure
Ability to lead field teams, drive schedules, and manage complex scopes
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel regularly for project assignment
Proficiency with project management tools and construction software
