Better Earth is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant with IT Systems Support experience to support a high-priority integration initiative and ongoing NetSuite administration. This role involves assessing and implementing an API integration between OpenTrack and NetSuite and providing ongoing support for broader NetSuite and IT needs.

Responsibilities

Evaluating the feasibility of syncing OpenTrack shipment data into NetSuite
Identifying how new shipments can be automatically tracked
Mapping key shipment milestones into NetSuite Purchase Order records (ETD/ETA, rail dates, last free day, status, exceptions)
Recommending a nightly sync approach and documenting findings
NetSuite administration, configuration, workflows, and reporting
Integrations with third-party tools (supply chain, CRM, HR systems)
User access, roles, and license management (NetSuite, email, HubSpot, WebEx)
Remote IT support and basic hardware/software troubleshooting
Supporting system security, access controls, and documentation

Required

3–7+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
Experience with APIs and system integrations
Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows and customization
IT systems support experience (access, licenses, user support)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical teams
US-based and available to start immediately

Preferred

SuiteScript experience
NetSuite certifications
Supply chain or logistics systems experience
