Responsibilities
Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies to support product and process improvement
Design, plan, and execute automation testing processes for new and existing products
Develop and integrate vision control programming for automated inspection, validation, and defect detection
Build scalable Python-based automation scripts for test automation and production validation
Prepare and manage test plans , testing documentation, reports, and automated testing environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
2-7 years of experience in automation engineering, machine vision systems, and scripting for automated test processes
Strong proficiency in Python for automation and test scripting
Hands-on experience with vision control programming (OpenCV, machine vision systems, etc.)
Familiarity with automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and system workflows
Understanding of hardware-software integration for automated equipment and testing systems
Ability to create and manage test plans, documentation, and reports
Preferred
Experience working with robotics or automated inspection platforms
Knowledge of image processing and computer vision algorithms
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail
