Examine title commitments, title searches, and related documents for accuracy and completeness
Identify and resolve title issues, defects, and requirements
Prepare and review escrow and title documentation
Support Escrow Officers throughout the escrow process to ensure smooth closings
Communicate clearly with internal teams, lenders, real estate professionals, and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
Maintain organized, accurate files and meet closing deadlines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in title and/or escrow
Strong understanding of title examination, escrow processes, and real estate transactions
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred
Experience with title/escrow software
