Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering personnel while managing workload, priorities, and performance
Oversee engineering standards, review procedures, and technical documentation to ensure consistency and quality
Direct research and development activities related to new products, tooling, and process improvements
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to support product launches and customer-specific projects
Improve engineering workflows to enhance productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Provide technical expertise to internal teams and customers to support problem-solving and design optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field)
Minimum of five years in engineering leadership or a progressive technical role
Proficiency with CAD platforms such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD; strong understanding of engineering drawings and schematics
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with steel materials
