Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
Operate within standard operating procedures under direct supervision
Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
Work effectively in a team environment to support production goals
Follow instructions, make basic job-related decisions, and rotate into different tasks as needed
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
Basic math skills required
Ability to work overnight shifts, flexible hours, and maintain reliable attendance
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on varied responsibilities
Preferred
Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment
