Mid LevelProcom is seeking a Utility Systems Analyst for a contract role with an energy client. The role focuses on maintaining system stability and supporting end users in a complex Utility Network transformation, enhancing applications, and ensuring reliable operation of utility field operations technologies.

Responsibilities
Support Work Management and Field Operations applications to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electric and gas services
Install, configure, test, and implement GIS, work management, and mobile data applications in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments
Apply software patches and perform system maintenance to ensure stability and performance
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications to meet business and project requirements
Develop functional and technical design documentation based on business process flows
Promote code and configuration changes through lower environments to production in coordination with team members
Provide end-user application support across electric and gas business areas
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server builds, OS patching, hardware tuning, and system health monitoring
Partner with database administrators on backups, patches, refreshes, and schema changes
Integrate GIS, work management, and mobile systems with other enterprise platforms such as OMS and ERP systems
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver assigned solutions
Participate in on-call rotation to support a 24/7 operating environment and provide after-hours support as needed
Assist with operational activities, projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience with Schneider Electric software systems
Strong understanding of GIS from an application support and development perspective
Prior experience supporting utility environments or field operations systems
Experience as a programmer or analyst supporting enterprise applications
Experience installing, configuring, administering, and patching enterprise software in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience developing mobile and web-based applications
Hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS and Schneider Electric ArcFM products
Experience with CGI ARM Work Management systems
Experience with field mobility platforms such as ABB Service Suite
ERP integration experience, including SAP
