Responsibilities

Deliver direct OT services to students K-12, focusing on improving functional skills related to education and daily living
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs and goals
Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and facilitate successful learning experiences
Conduct assessments and provide ongoing documentation to track student outcomes
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing educational and therapeutic services

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
active Occupational Therapist license
1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience

Preferred

Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
Ability to manage a district-wide caseload effectively
Familiarity with pediatric OT evaluations and interventions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in educational environments
Comfortable integrating teletherapy techniques if needed
Flexibility to work 30 hours per week on a contract basis through the school year ending 5/21/2026
