Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing custom discovery patterns and service mapping solutions using ServiceNow's ITOM platform

Required

Must be a US Citizen per the contract with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher
Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
Must be able to solution and develop complex Discovery Patterns and Service Maps ServiceNow platform
3+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITOM
5+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent
ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications
Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects
Knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow
Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients
Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications in two or more applications (CAD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, SAM or HR)
ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certification
Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent
Knowledge of relational databases
Knowledge of systems, infrastructure and networks
