Administrative Coordinator I
Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) is dedicated to improving lives through engineering research and workforce development. The Administrative Coordinator I will provide analytical, reporting, and communication support to the Department Administrator and leadership, assisting with faculty recognition, social media management, and data preparation for reports.

Responsibilities
Maintain department’s contact information for all deans, department heads, and graduate advisors for computer science and computer engineering
Compile, analyze, and prepare faculty and student data for reports used internally by the college and department
Support faculty recognition and promotion reviews through data preparation and internal review of materials
Draft, edit, and refine faculty award nomination letters and supporting materials
Provide editorial feedback to strengthen packages
Maintain historical records of award submissions, including eligibility requirements
Draft and schedule social media posts, with particular emphasis on non-research items; highlighting people, events, and student experiences
Identify and source content for social media; assist with managing and maintaining the departmental social media calendar to ensure consistency
Take photos for social media and digital communications; coordinate photo releases with university requirements
Prepare and manage digital signage request for department events and announcements
Assist with access to Live Whale calendar and content tools to support coordinated communications
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation
Provide writing and data support for ABET accreditation and Academic Program Review (APRT) processes, including narratives, tables, and supporting materials
Interview faculty and students, prepare drafts of articles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of related experience
Preferred
Creative, adaptable, and collaborative
Ability to lead or support projects as needed
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, or institutional research experience preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
