Clinical Outreach & Partnerships Manager
hpy is a company reimagining mental health by blending technology and human empathy. They are seeking a Clinical Outreach & Partnerships Manager to own revenue growth and partnerships in the Southern U.S., starting with North Carolina, while building deep trust across the behavioral health ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Own revenue growth and market expansion for the Southern region
Develop and execute a regional GTM strategy across hospitals, IOPs, treatment centers, and group practices
Identify priority accounts, partnerships, and pilot opportunities
Forecast, track, and report regional performance with clarity and ownership
Build deep relationships with hospital leaders, program directors, clinical operators, and therapists
Act as a trusted partner, •not a vendor•, to behavioral health organizations
Navigate complex stakeholder environments (clinical, operational, compliance, executive) with ease
Establish hpy as a respected voice in the regional mental health community
Represent hpy at conferences, summits, and local events
Host roundtables, salons, and small gatherings that bring therapists and operators together
Create connective tissue across the ecosystem helping leaders learn from one another
Surface insights from the field to shape product, messaging, and strategy
Partner closely with product, clinical, and leadership teams to translate regional needs into roadmap insights
Share real-world feedback that improves adoption, retention, and long-term value
Operate with high autonomy while staying tightly aligned with company mission and values
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience owning or overseeing a region or territory from a revenue perspective
Proven track record of building long-term relationships in complex, trust-based environments
Deep familiarity with behavioral health systems: hospitals, treatment centers, IOPs, PHPs, and/or large group practices
Comfort operating in the field - attending conferences, hosting events, meeting stakeholders face-to-face
Strong executive presence paired with genuine warmth and humility
Preferred
Prior experience in behavioral health as: An operator, administrator, or program leader or Someone with deep lived experience navigating mental health systems
Experience selling or deploying complex solutions where trust, compliance, and outcomes matter more than speed
Ability to balance mission-driven thinking with commercial accountability
