Responsibilities

Develop new business through outbound calls, in-person visits, networking, and community outreach
Assess client needs and recommend customized workplace benefits solutions
Present and explain insurance options clearly to support informed decisions
Prepare proposals, process applications, and maintain accurate CRM records
Partner with marketing to increase brand awareness and generate new leads
Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly, offering clear guidance, and supporting ongoing benefits administration
Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

Qualification

Outside sales experienceCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsCRM systems experienceClient needs analysisCustomer-facing rolesInsurance experience

Required

Proven success in outside sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and basic sales administration
Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions

Preferred

Insurance or benefits experience is a plus, but training is provided
Ability to Commute: Fargo, ND 58104 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate: Fargo, ND 58104: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
