Program Manager II, Fleet Management Hardware Integration, Cloud Supply Chain

The role involves managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.

Responsibilities
Act as the team's primary point of contact to establish, organize, and manage workflows. Work with customer’s technical and business contacts to deliver infrastructure solutions
Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria
Estimate task durations and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned, and support those objectives
Monitor and communicate progress, identify project risks, propose mitigation plans, and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies
Ensure process, quality, and compliance standards across deployments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with deploying hardware in data centers or in the telecom industry
Experience managing hardware lifecycles (NPI to decommissioning) for servers, networking, or third-party equipment infrastructure
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working with data center hardware
Experience with supply chain management
Ability to communicate with business and technical partners
