Learning & Development Manager

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive regional learning initiatives that foster workforce growth and capability. This role involves facilitating training sessions, designing learning content, and executing programs aligned with business strategies.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging, high-quality training sessions throughout the US, creating exceptional learner experiences
Design, curate, and deploy learning content and programs in partnership with the People Team and global colleagues
Execute learning programs in alignment with business strategy and defined skill requirements, working with senior leaders and regional stakeholders to support career development
Champion talent initiatives—including Development Conversations, cultural programs, and Onboarding—ensuring global consistency with local relevance
Generate and adapt learning content for diverse audiences
Streamline training updates to meet evolving business needs
Analyze evaluation data to surface insights and improve program effectiveness
Create interactive activities and simulations to drive practice of critical skills
Facilitate workshops to build workforce capabilities
Support the Director, Talent Management & Development with additional responsibilities as needed

Required

7–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development (SaaS industry highly preferred)
Adept at applying adult learning theories and instructional design principles to drive business outcomes
Expertise with AI technologies relevant to L&D
Strong proficiency in creating digital collateral using Camtasia, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to develop people managers, including in virtual, matrixed, and/or global environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset
Strong change management skills and adaptability, supporting employees and teams through organizational change
Experience using Cornerstone's solutions

Preferred

Contributed to or led organizational transformation initiatives, enabling workforce adoption of new technologies and driving change in culture, processes, or learning practices
