Responsibilities

Conduct research into logistics operations (primarily Class III), including literature reviews, interviews, and site visits
Canvass logistics databases, integrate data from numerous sources, and manipulate the data for analysis of courses of action
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of logistics operations, including application of analytical and what-if
Synthesize project findings into actionable recommendations with demonstrable benefits in business performance
Communicate with clients through written reports and oral presentations
Coordinate and staff recommendations with multiple agencies
Assist in marketing of consulting services, including market research, teaming arrangements, competitive analysis, and creation of marketing publications
Assist in business performance assessment and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5 years of relevant logistics work experience
Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet, business intelligence tools, databases, and project management software
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply domain-specific expertise through on-the-job training and professional development training
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance in a timely manner is required
Available for occasional travel

Preferred

Degree in engineering, operations research, mathematics, business analytics or a related discipline preferred
Army knowledge/experience preferred
Current U.S. Government security clearance preferred
Microsoft Power BI knowledge (desired)
