Maintain detailed records on active users
Ensure certification requirements have been met
Participate in internal and external audits
Train and create resource materials for DOJ Program LEAWeb Coordinators
Act as the subject matter expert on the LEAWeb application
Assist users with troubleshooting issues

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II serves as the Agency CLETS Coordinator (ACC) for the Department of Justice (DOJ)
As the ACC, the Analyst II is responsible for reviewing requests for and granting permission to the California Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (CLETS), accessed via the LEAWeb application, for all DOJ users
The Analyst II will maintain detailed records on active users, ensure certification requirements have been met, and participate in internal and external audits
The Analyst II is responsible for training and creating resource materials for DOJ Program LEAWeb Coordinators
The Analyst II will act as the subject matter expert on the LEAWeb application and will assist users with troubleshooting issues
