Responsibilities

How you grow leaders and grow team to be self-organizing, motivated, and client focused
Contract types you have managed
Program finances, increasing operating income and gross margin while ensuring client delight and effective delivery
Your experience in various Agile methodologies
What is your experience leading data efforts, both at the enterprise level and with very specific focus areas
How do you handle conflict resolution
Experience in Program Management and leadership that you’d draw from
Your experience in federal contracting and working with federal clients
How you interface and engage with all levels of a team, mentor them, and lead them

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of relevant leadership experience supporting government IT and cyber security programs; OR Masters degree and 9 years of experience
Strong understanding of data platforms highly preferred
Experience in Agile and DevSecOps
Program and contract management for upwards of 20 FTEs across various contract/task order/clin levels
Experience interfacing with federal Contracting officials
Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) strongly preferred

Preferred

PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred
DHS Public Trust clearance
