InternRichardson International is offering an internship opportunity at Dakota Growers Pasta Company. The Mill Intern will gain hands-on experience in mill processing, pasta production, and packaging while shadowing a Lead Mill Operator and participating in daily operations.

Participate in mill operation
Participate in semolina/flour transfer operation
Conduct job safety analysis
Perform sifter maintenance
Assist in other tasks required of daily operation of the mill
Qualification
Required
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, twist, bend, and tolerate high heat and humidity if necessary
Preferred
Preferred areas of study include Milling Science and Process Technology
