Talent Coordinator
A-C Electric Company is seeking a Talent Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. The role involves coordinating recruiting activities, managing candidate information, and supporting communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and adjust interviews accurately to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams
Create and manage job postings across approved platforms while keeping requisition details consistent and organized
Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by uploading documents, entering updates, and keeping records current
Maintain Talent Scorecards and compile weekly recruiting activity metrics to support visibility and tracking for the Talent team
Monitor the recruiting inbox and support timely candidate communication by routing messages, responding appropriately, and ensuring follow-ups don’t get missed
Support candidate assessment distribution and tracking (including Predictive Index/PI), including weekly follow-ups as needed
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and readiness for next steps
Collect interview feedback and notes from hiring managers to support timely decision-making
Prepare organized candidate packets and documentation for hiring manager review, including assessments, scorecards, and supporting materials
Maintain standardized file naming and requisition organization practices (REQ #, title, date format, etc.)
Check that recruiting tools and materials (such as Interview Guides) are current and aligned to process
Support recruiting close-out activities, including monitoring inactive requisitions and assisting with documentation and follow-through
Assist with Talent dashboard reporting including headcount, interview counts, candidate processing totals, and demographics (as applicable)
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the candidate journey and recruiting outcomes
Perform additional duties as assigned to support Talent Acquisition and People Operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to learn new systems quickly and feel comfortable navigating recruiting platforms and databases
Experience working in an ATS, coordinating assessments, and supporting reporting or recruiting metrics—or eagerness to build those skills
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
