Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of ISDA DRR across applicable regulatory jurisdictions (e.g., CFTC Rewrite, EMIR Refit, MAS). DRR provides machine-executable reporting logic validated by industry participants
Integrate DRR Java libraries or reporting logic into upstream or downstream reporting systems
Guide strategy for embedding CDM within internal trade lifecycle systems, aligning with industry‑recognized implementation patterns
Translate internal trade event data into CDM‑compliant objects and lifecycle events
Ensure consistency with CDM’s standardized representation of derivatives processes and business events
Use CDM‑based event modeling and machine‑readable logic to automate reporting and post‑trade workflows
Interpret and operationalize global derivatives reporting obligations (CFTC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, etc.)
Provide leadership on upcoming regulatory rewrites and harmonization efforts driven by CPMI‑IOSCO frameworks
Map rule changes to DRR logic updates and coordinate deployment cycles
Oversee DRR rule validation, regression testing, and trade repository (TR) acceptance criteria
Participate in ISDA, FINOS, or industry working groups when appropriate
Provide oversight and documentation for DRR logic updates and CDM versioning
Serve as the point of expertise for compliance, technology, operations, and external regulators
Deliver internal training and thought leadership on DRR/CDM best practices
Qualification
Required
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute
Deep understanding of ISDA DRR, including its open‑source model, libraries, and machine‑executable logic
Strong proficiency with the ISDA CDM, including JSON‑based model structures, lifecycle events, and embedded logic
Experience with derivatives products (Rates, Credit, FX, Equity) and their lifecycle events
Expertise in global trade reporting regimes (CFTC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, MiFIR, SFTR)
Familiarity with Java-based DRR libraries, CDM Rosetta tooling, JSON modeling, and API integrations
Understanding of post‑trade systems, reporting engines, data transformation workflows
Strong communication, documentation, and executive‑level presentation capability
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams through complex regulatory change programs
Preferred
Prior involvement in ISDA DRR or CDM working groups, regulatory reporting transformation programs, or DRR pilot initiatives
Experience with large‑scale derivatives trade reporting platforms and TR integration
Familiarity with FINOS Open-Source governance processes
