Manager, Dental Support Organizations & Consolidator Partnerships

The Manager for DSO & Consolidator Partnerships will be responsible for building and scaling strategic relationships with Dental Support Organizations and Dermatology consolidator groups, aiming to drive measurable sales impact across the Self-Care and Skin Health business units.

Responsibilities

Understand the DSO and dermatology consolidator landscape and build a pipeline of priority partners
Create strong value propositions that include education, engagement tools, insights, and funding options
Lead outreach and negotiations with partners, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to set fair terms and success metrics
Act as the internal expert on DSOs and dermatology consolidators and educate teams on best practices
Design how this new channel will operate - including processes, governance, and roles - and scale it from pilot to broader rollout
Develop core toolkits like playbooks, onboarding materials, marketing guidelines, and field tools
Create and use dashboards and feedback loops to measure performance and improve programs
Build activation plans with partners, including HCP education, in-office and digital touchpoints, sampling, and training
Work across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Analytics, and Field Teams to deliver high-quality, compliant execution
Manage co-marketing and demand-generation efforts, ensuring brand consistency and accurate claims
Set sales, penetration, and ROI targets; monitor performance and adjust plans based on data
Build business cases for expanding partnerships or renewing agreements; lead quarterly reviews with leadership and partners
Identify new opportunities such as enterprise agreements, formulary placements, and training or sampling programs
Ensure all activities follow company policies and regulatory, privacy, and contracting rules
Maintain accurate CRM/CLM records and establish controls for sampling, funding, and claims usage

Required

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, consumer health, med‑tech, or B2B2C partnerships with proven commercial impact
Demonstrated success building or scaling a new commercial capability or partner channels (e.g., IDNs/DSOs, GPOs, or consolidators)
Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented
Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data into insights, forecasts, and clear recommendations
Proven organization and project management capabilities; comfortable operating in a matrix and driving cross‑functional deliverables end‑to‑end
Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills; adept at influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
Self‑starter who operates with ownership and urgency, can navigate ambiguity, and constructively challenge the status quo
This position requires up to 20% domestic travel

Preferred

An MBA is preferred
Experience in healthcare professional marketing is preferred
Experience partnering with DSOs, Dermatology group practices, IDNs, or corporate consolidators; familiarity with payer, formulary, and compliance considerations preferred
Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred
