Responsibilities
Create and manage headcount resourcing models, utilizing multi-variable regression formulas and leveraging credible and quantitative data to anticipate the ever-changing needs of Google Cloud’s growing supply chain network
Develop and lead efficiency initiatives, to drive sub-linear scaling across all areas of the supply chain, while enabling Google to operate with agility and velocity
Refine and enforce a governance framework across resource allocation and usage, setting goals, tracking adherence, and deriving automations to ensure resource utilization
Translate business imperatives into resourcing requirement across the supply chain, by engaging business leaders to understand scaling metrics and business drivers, formulating strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Cultivate partnerships across peer organizations, including finance and peer technical infrastructure organizations to build credibility and justify efficient growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, or forecasting
Experience developing quantitative models
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with supply chain operations or business strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
