Program Manager
Agilon Health is seeking a Program Manager responsible for the successful planning and execution of critical projects. The role involves managing the full project life cycle, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation to support performance improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Manage the full project life cycle including clarifying objectives and priorities, gathering requirements, creating project plans (deliverables, metrics, timelines, owners), obtaining and managing resources, managing budgets, and facilitating project execution, deployment, monitoring, and closure
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement efforts
Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures
Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics
Provide project management support with minimal oversight, including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, preparing status reports, and ensuring project status is communicated to all stakeholders
Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans
Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation
Understand, adhere to, and implement the Company’s policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer services skills, including consistently displaying awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients. Proactively ensuring that these needs are met or exceeded
Take personal responsibility for personal growth including acquiring new skills, knowledge, and information
Engage in excellent communication which includes listening attentively and speaking professionally. Set and complete challenging goals

Qualification
Required
3+ years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience
Skills related to effective project management, including strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management, ability to prioritize, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments
Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications
Bachelor's degree in related area
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to work with multiple internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high level pressure environment
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Must be able to diffuse tension among team members, with demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution
