Responsibilities
Provide proctoring for course tests and exams, placement testing, accommodated testing and credentialing exams to students in various programs of study at Brightpoint Community College; monitor email and communications
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have computer and customer service skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced, diverse, and occasionally stressful environment
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule at either the Chester or Midlothian campuses
Must accept related duties as assigned in a relatively unsupervised capacity
Successful completion and passing of a background check is required for employment
Preferred
Experience working with students in a higher education environment preferred
Knowledge of on-line testing Canvas and Microsoft Office applications strongly considered
Availability to work Friday and Saturday shifts strongly preferred
