New Grad, Entry LevelExpotel Hospitality is seeking a full-time Engineer Level 1 at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel. The Engineer Level 1 is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and executing the preventive maintenance program for the hotel's HVAC equipment and ensuring the property is well-maintained with minimal inconvenience to guests and staff.

Responsibilities
Make repairs to hotel air-conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment (I.e. boilers, chillers, HVAC-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, electrical, etc.)
Requires an ability to perform heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 pounds constantly
Requires an ability to push/pull, grasp, lift and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, occasionally to waist height
Requires an ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 30 feet
