The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in growing the Point C brand through multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand image enhancement, and collaboration with various teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive engagement, and convert leads into opportunities
Contribute to the strategy and content development of marketing campaigns, including thought leadership, case studies, and product positioning
Support the Point C People team with internal comms and employee branding
Analyze and optimize performance across all marketing channels, using data to inform decisions and improve ROI
Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals
Stay current on marketing trends and tools, bringing new ideas to enhance strategy and execution

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on branding, content marketing, and communications
Proven experience leading, developing, and executing brand awareness campaigns, marketing materials, internal communications, and sales enablement
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms)
Strong independent worker that can take initiative as well as collaborate with teams, ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests at once
Excellent communication and creative skills, with attention to detail are a must to succeed in this role

Preferred

HubSpot certification is a plus
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries is a plus
