Social Media Content Creator
The Food Allergy Institute (FAI) is a cutting-edge research and clinical care center revolutionizing food allergy treatment. They are seeking a Social Media Content Creator to capture and produce high-quality content across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent flow of authentic social media content.

Responsibilities
Capture photo and video content on-site across multiple locations several times per week, including three primary nearby locations
Travel as needed to additional locations, including San Francisco and San Diego, to capture planned or event-based content
Capture content at community alliance events, business development events, open houses, and other off-site brand moments as needed
Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Edit photo and video content for social using basic to intermediate editing tools
Ensure content aligns with established brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines
Execute content concepts, briefs, and direction provided by the marketing and social media team
Stay aware of relevant trends and formats and flag content opportunities to the broader team
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support broader brand and enrollment initiatives
Deliver content assets on schedule to support the social content calendar
Partner with internal stakeholders to capture timely and relevant content
Assist with basic performance tracking and content organization as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating content for social media either professionally or through a personal brand or portfolio
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and short-form video best practices
Ability and willingness to work on-site and travel between multiple nearby locations multiple times per week
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to San Francisco and San Diego as needed
Proficiency with basic to intermediate editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar
Strong creative instincts with an eye for visuals, storytelling, and detail
Ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback effectively
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting or collaborating with a social media or marketing team
Comfort appearing on camera or directing others on camera
Experience capturing content in live, event-based, or community-focused environments
Experience in education, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands
