Responsibilities
Plan: Work with our Product and UX teams to understand customer needs and plan highly iterative, lean approaches to address those needs
Scale: Guide the team to overcome all of the challenges that come with rapidly scaling a company, from technical scaling challenges to human growth scaling challenges
Collaborate: Partner with other roles such as Product, UX, Architecture, ML, and DevOps to rapidly deliver solutions to our customers that also serve our long-term business objectives
Inspire: Lead and motivate the team to embrace a high-performance culture where we all aspire to greatness
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an individual contributor
3+ years of technical leadership in a high growth, scaling company managing senior engineers
A history of delivering scalable technical solutions that solve customer problems and scale as the business grows
Ability to lead a team as well as work alongside them
Great communication skills
An empathetic approach to teamwork
The ability to prioritize tasks in a high performance development environment
