Responsibilities
Independently manage a full caseload of claims from inception through resolution
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims in accordance with policy provisions, state regulations, and client guidelines
Establish reserves and recommend settlement strategies
Communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, employers, medical providers, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate, timely, and well-documented claim files
Qualification
Required
Active claims license in Mississippi
8–10 years of claims handling experience, preferably within a TPA environment
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Strong knowledge of claims best practices, regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and professional judgment
Preferred
Experience handling complex or litigated claims
Residence in or near Hattiesburg, Gulfport, or South Mississippi preferred
