Responsibilities
Oversee timely and accurate claims submission and payment posting
Monitor reimbursement trends and resolve billing discrepancies
Support payer contracting and provider credentialing
Manage follow-up on outstanding claims and escalated issues
Maintain accurate billing data and provide reporting to leadership
Assist with Autism Scholarship invoicing and compliance
Supervise and support billing staff, ensuring smooth workflow and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare billing
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of insurance billing and reimbursement processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in ABA, mental health, or therapy-based billing
Familiarity with Autism Scholarship programs
Experience improving or automating billing processes
