Commercial Real Estate Lease Administrator

Responsibilities

Work closely with team to initiate Leases
Coordinate and monitor execution of commercial lease agreements to ensure all documents are fully signed and completed
Accurately enter and maintain lease data in accounting systems and lease administration databases
Review and interpret commercial lease language, including rent schedules, operating expense provisions, renewal and termination options, and critical dates
Communicate lease execution and key lease information to the property management team and other internal stakeholders
Prepare and distribute tenant welcome letters following lease execution
Maintain accurate, up-to-date lease records and ensure consistency across systems
Track critical lease dates and notify property management and leasing teams of upcoming deadlines
Work closely with the property management team to support tenant onboarding and ongoing lease administration needs
Maintain and update company websites and online property listings to reflect current availability, tenant information, and leasing status
Assist with the creation and updating of property marketing materials, including brochures and offering packages
Support reporting, audits, and internal requests related to lease, tenant, and property information
Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy

Required

3+ years of experience in commercial lease administration, transactions, property management, or real estate operations
Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and terminology
Demonstrated ability to maintain and update websites and property listings accurately and timely
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across property management, leasing, and marketing teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Preferred

Experience with lease administration, accounting, or property management software
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and commercial listing platforms
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience supporting commercial real estate marketing efforts
