HR Administrative Assistant
TURN AROUND COMMUNICATIONS, INC is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support their HR team. The role involves participating in recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, processing vehicle claims, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Participating in recruitment efforts (job fairs, hiring platforms, hiring flyers)
Posting job ads and organizing resumes
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Process Vehicle Claims
Assist HR Generalist with worker’s comp and damage claims
Assist with any administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally to members of the HR team, and leadership teams
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, able to improve performance through management feedback
High School diploma or higher
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with Job Tracking programs
Bilingual- Spanish
