Ensure employees have a positive and engaging journey throughout their lifecycle at Gallagher
Champion and lead effective onboarding processes that ensure a seamless and welcoming integration to the organization
Drive the implementation of key programmes of work into the region
Be a trusted advisor on all things ‘people’ to coach and support leaders
Navigate people processes through the full employee lifecycle
Qualification
Required
A collaborative approach, with a passion for working in true partnership model
A balance of strategic thinking and operational action
Competence and confidence to lead, guide, and support people processes
Experience designing and facilitating onboarding process
A passion for growth, development and talent strategies that drive high engagement and high retention
Enthusiasm to contribute new ideas and fresh thinking
