Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise CRM, automation, AI, or cloud solution architecture
Deep, hands-on expertise in, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CE
Proven experience in presales leadership with revenue accountability
Ability to engage confidently with, C-suite and executive sponsors, Enterprise architects and Microsoft product and field teams
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and whiteboarding skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new competencies
Preferred
Recognized industry authority (blogs, talks, webinars, community leadership)
Experience defining AI-first operating models and phased transformation roadmaps
Ability to articulate risk, tradeoffs, and delivery implications of AI decisions
Prior experience building or owning a practice or competency
