Administrative Assistant
Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide backup to the Branch Administrator. The role involves general administrative support, clerical assistance, and coordination of various office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, clerical assistance, and office coordination
Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
Assist with mail processing, copying, scanning, and document management
Support service coordination, including ordering parts, dispatching technicians, scheduling service calls, and processing service tickets
Provide front office support, customer service, and internal communication
Serve as backup to the Branch Administrator during breaks or absences
Follow company policies, safety standards, and compliance guidelines
Assist with new hire onboarding, employee paperwork, and HR documentation
Enter and maintain employee data in payroll systems
Help collect, review, and process timecards, timesheets, and payroll information
Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Support job costing, invoicing, billing, purchasing, inventory tracking, and financial reporting
Process customer quotes, work orders, job setup, and data entry in ERP systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in administrative, office support, accounting, HR, or operations roles
Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, time management, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software
Comfortable with data entry, recordkeeping, payroll systems, and ERP software
Preferred
Experience in construction, manufacturing, service, or operations-based offices
Familiarity with service dispatch, scheduling, job tracking, or project coordination
Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or other payroll/accounting systems
