Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for application-related issues, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution
Troubleshoot issues across IIS-hosted applications, Azure infrastructure, and AKS-based workloads
Monitor and support Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
Manage and troubleshoot AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) clusters, deployments, and services
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and releases
Investigate system logs, metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve production issues and improve system stability
Perform deployment support, rollback procedures, and hot-fix implementations as needed
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Participate in on-call support and incident response rotations when required
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with IIS-hosted applications
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS
Practical experience with AKS / Kubernetes in production environments
Strong background in DevOps and IT Administration practices, including CI/CD implementation
Proficiency in Networking & Protocols, ensuring effective communication and system connectivity
Solid understanding of Windows & Server Management, with experience managing enterprise-level environments
Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and solid communication abilities
Preferred
Familiarity with federal regulations or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA)
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar)
