Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Process payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support staff growth and professional development
Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR or related administrative role in a longterm care preferred
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
