This fully remote position focuses on leading class and PAGA matters or handling single plaintiff litigation while ensuring a high level of work-life balance and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Lead class and PAGA matters with the support of dedicated paralegals, data experts, and compliance tools
Focus on prevention and early resolution of cases
Resolve cases through early mediation whenever possible
Blend litigation and advice and counsel for single plaintiff matters
Provide white glove service for sophisticated clients with a capped caseload of 10 or fewer matters
Conduct deep upfront analysis before strategy is set, with strong preference for early resolution when it serves the business
Qualification
Required
Senior labor and employment attorney
Trained at a high level
Ability to lead complex matters without living in discovery hell
Judgment matters in advising clients
Experience with class action and PAGA matters or single plaintiff litigation and advisory
Preferred
Experience with Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies
Strong preference for early resolution when it serves the business
Ability to provide white glove service for sophisticated clients
