Responsibilities
Assist in building competitive delivery strategy & priorities

Drive business planning
Lead the development and occasionally execute overarching strategic priorities for the US&C Delivery business
Work in partnership with the Head of US&C S&P, Delivery Leadership Team, and the broader Uber Delivery organization
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field
Proficiency with SQL and strong data acumen
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Advanced analytical capabilities, including knowledge of statistics and proven experience in SQL and Python
Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic problems with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach
Financial acumen, understanding investments and different means of measuring return
Ability to analyze large amounts of data, synthesize complex ideas, and extract relevant information
Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences
Advanced stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across functions in a matrix organization and comfort engaging senior partners and cross-functional teams
Experience setting strategic direction working with complex stakeholder groups on executional plans
