Experienced in performing troubleshooting all types of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic products
Strong analytical, diagnosis, and problem solving skills
Ability to work with blueprints, schematic drawings, and illustrations
Skilled in assembling and disassembling equipment
Expert in conducting repair and maintenance service on complex equipment
Ensure safety norms are followed during installation and maintenance processes
Strengthen and build client relationships by improving their interaction with products
Excellent customer service, technical, interpersonal and communication skills both in writing and verbally
Train internal and external groups on product operation and maintenance
Strong prioritizing, and time management skills
Ready and willing to travel domestically as well as internationally
Any and all duties related to your basic responsibilities as a Regional Service & Controls Specialist not listed above
Qualification
Required
Technical Degree, Engineering Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Solid mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience in repairing and maintaining equipment
Experience in controls, VFD's, MCC's, PLC's and HMI's
Ability to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and P&IDs
Proficiency in PC utilizing MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
