Marketing Event Intern
Ivalua is a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions, seeking a part-time Marketing Event Intern for an eleven-month term. The role involves supporting event and marketing initiatives, assisting with planning and executing events, and managing logistics to drive sales pipeline growth across the Americas region.

Responsibilities
Assist with ordering, inventory management, and shipping of booth furniture, event supplies, banners, swag, and marketing collateral for third-party and regional events
Support the submission, tracking, and coordination of event contracts and purchase requisitions
Manage swag inventory and fulfillment using the Reachdesk platform
Manage and distribute the monthly internal events newsletter
Update and maintain the events page on the company website
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; senior standing preferred
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to track inventory, budgets, and logistics accurately
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with marketing or event platforms (ex: CRM systems, or swag platforms like Reachdesk) a plus
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
