Receptionist / Administrative Clerk
Dallas Trailer Repair Co Inc. is seeking a highly capable Administrative & Operations Coordinator to serve as the front-of-house lead for their corporate office. This role is critical in supporting finance, operations, and leadership across multiple locations, serving as the first point of contact for clients and managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Serve as the professional front-of-house presence for the company; greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors
Manage a multi-line phone system; screen and route calls appropriately
Process point-of-sale transactions in accordance with company accounting policies
Reconcile daily payments including cash, credit cards, and checks
Ensure accuracy and compliance in invoicing and payment handling
Order and track office and operational supplies across multiple locations
Maintain organized records and digital files
Support Accounting, HR, and Operations with documents, spreadsheets, and reporting
Assist with planning and execution of company-wide events and initiatives
Provide general administrative support as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Exceptional attention to detail—especially with financial transactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Professional judgment and discretion
High School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework a plus)
Minimum two years in an administrative, office, or operations role
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience handling payments, invoicing, or financial data strongly preferred
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
