Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Pages portals for public sector clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly portal interfaces using front-end scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ensure best practices in portal architecture, security, and performance optimization
Mentor and guide junior developers in portal development best practices and methodologies
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in portal development and Microsoft Power Platform
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to portal functionality and performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in developing portals using Microsoft Power Pages
Mastery knowledge of front-end scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of public sector portal architectures and best practices
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Azure services and integration with Microsoft Power Pages
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies
