Responsibilities

Assist in conducting security audits and facility walkthroughs. Help Identify potential vulnerabilities and support mitigation planning. Maintain communication with site leaders to understand operational changes
Participate in preliminary fact-gathering for internal investigations. Draft summaries and assist in preparing reports for review by senior security staff
Support the collection and review of incident data and trends. Monitor news and geopolitical developments to flag potential risks. Help compile threat intelligence reports for leadership
Assist in developing and delivering security awareness presentations. Help coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as fraud, workplace violence, and travel safety. Promote employee understanding of security best practices
Help maintain crisis management rosters and assist with planning exercises. Support team efforts during drills and real emergencies. Assist in evacuation planning and contingency operations under supervision
Attend briefings and meetings with internal departments such as site leadership, enterprise security, and HSE. Begin building relationships with local site management
In addition to strategic and investigative responsibilities, the Security Oversight function is responsible for a growing volume of administrative tasks, including: Contractor onboarding support, such as badge issuance, access provisioning, and compliance verification. Routine security administration, including maintaining access control databases, updating rosters, and coordinating with site-level security teams. Audit preparation and documentation, ensuring readiness for internal and external review. Training logistics, including scheduling, tracking participation, and maintaining records for compliance purposes

Required

2–5 years in: Corporate security operations
2–5 years in: Military admin/security coordination roles
2–5 years in: Police support / intelligence / reporting units
2–5 years in: Security service companies (operations/admin side)
Comfortable with compliance, audits, and documentation
Stable work history, okay with contract roles
Military, Police, or Corporate Security experience (ideal but not strictly defined)
Strong organizational & documentation skills
Comfortable with Excel and MS Office
Calm, professional, able to handle sensitive information
HS Diploma or Equivalent
