Responsibilities
Manage billing and collections for all buyers and sellers
Prepare and send customer statements
Lead collections and resolve billing or payment issues
Ensure Accounting reviews payments for accuracy
Apply payments in NetSuite, including partial and multi-invoice payments
Reduce unapplied cash and maintain balanced accounts
Collaborate with Accounting on late fees, reserves, and write-offs
Run daily billing and payment work in NetSuite
Assist in improving systems and integrations (Salesforce, fulfillment, treasury)
Automate processes and enhance data accuracy
Maintain AR aging and customer reconciliations
Support the month-end close and audits
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Billing, Collections, or Order-to-Cash roles with people management experience
Experience with complex, high-volume customer billing environments
High school diploma
Strong hands-on NetSuite experience (billing, payment application, AR)
Preferred
Background in agriculture, commodities, fintech, or structured trade
A bachelor's degree
