Responsibilities
Build & Innovate – Develop new features for our mobile applications while also helping architect entirely new mobile product initiatives
Own the Mobile App – Design, implement, and maintain a scalable React Native codebase that delivers reliable, high-performance experiences on iOS and Android
Collaborate & Mentor – Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, and support junior developers in growing their craft
Ship with Quality – Leverage modern mobile patterns, testing practices, and CI/CD to push the boundaries of what’s possible in insurance tech
Qualification
Required
Proven ability building and maintaining production mobile apps, ideally across both iOS and Android
Strong experience with React Native, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
Comfort designing modular, maintainable app architectures (navigation, state management, offline patterns, performance)
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working closely with backend teams to shape mobile-friendly endpoints
Strong critical thinking and the drive to tackle complex challenges
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Native mobile experience (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java)
Mobile CI/CD and release workflows
Augmented reality frameworks (ARKit / ARCore) for property scanning and spatial capture
Integrating user experiences with on-device AI models
3D rendering experience (e.g., SceneKit, RealityKit, Three.js, Unity, or similar)
