Senior Consultant Learning And Organizational Development
Centra Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Senior Consultant in Learning and Organizational Development. This role is responsible for overseeing talent development initiatives, partnering with business leaders to execute strategies related to organizational design, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert to the HR leadership team while contributing to system-wide HR strategy, culture change and transformational initiatives
Participate in organization-wide committees and projects that advance Centra’s strategic goals
In collaboration with internal communications resources, develop and implement a communication strategy for talent initiatives
Develop, organize, and facilitate learning experiences in the form of courses, workshops, seminars, and other learning and development programs to promote continuous improvement and learning
Utilize various assessment instruments to assist individuals and teams in personal understanding, leadership style, team dynamics, etc
Supports the new employee/leader experience by developing, facilitating, and managing process and content for the orientation and onboarding processes
Through surveys, assessments, and collaboration with HRBPs and healthcare leadership, assess organizational capabilities to determine the most effective competencies, development tools and interventions to build stronger teams and outcomes
Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of a robust development plan that supports employee, leadership, executive, and physician leadership programs to support business needs
Assist in the design and delivery of a succession planning process ensuring organizational continuity, readiness and performance, while providing leadership growth
Through and with operational leaders and HRBPs, formulate and implement organization-wide programs, and initiatives centered on change, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Improve retention and 1st year turnover by delivering an onboarding and assimilation process for new employees, leaders and physicians
Assist in the design of an effective Performance Management process, tools and communication for the enterprise
Build toolkits and self-service learning resources that support learning and performance at all levels
Employ people analytics to improve strategic decision-making and optimize performance that improves how the organization works, leads and manages change across the health system
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding and appreciation for the unique needs and challenges of building a contemporary TM/OD agenda for driving significant change across a large dispersed, multi-site workforce, ideally in healthcare
Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, and deliver at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities between customers and program development in a fast-paced environment
Master's degree required from an accredited university/college in a related field (Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Education)
A minimum of 5 years of human resources or related healthcare experience with a proven track record of project management, education, leading strategic initiatives, and roles supporting talent management
Must be onsite no less than 75 – 85% of the time
