LHH is working with a well-established regional firm on its search for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience handling sophisticated, complex matters. This position will involve drafting legal documents, representing clients in various legal settings, and maintaining billable hours.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

Attend and participate in court conferences and related proceedings

Maintain billable hours at the required 1800 hours/year benchmark
