Responsibilities
Lead the formulation, development, and optimization of new programs, designs, and prototypes
Participate in research planning, formulation, and scientific writing in collaboration with other staff
Assess new technologies and evaluate future applications
Propose, plan, and manage research projects, including report preparation and presentation of findings
Apply for grants to support and continue research initiatives
Mentor, train, and/or coach junior research scientists as needed
Stay up to date on industry developments through academic journals, training programs, and professional conferences
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to learn quickly
Basic toxicology knowledge (analytical skills required; minimal lab work)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Toxicology or a related field
0–3 years of relevant experience
