Responsibilities
Ensures timely and compliant payroll processing of biweekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities
Provide data for monthly, quarterly, and annual Federal and State surveys, responds to manager and vendor data requests, and coordinates quarterly TDI premium submissions
Manages payroll and timekeeping system updates related to hotel portfolio changes, partners with HR/HRIS to ensure accurate Workday configuration, and administers Workday Time & Attendance, including user access, troubleshooting, system setup, billing, and manager training
Qualification
Required
3 years of managerial experience
5 years of payroll and related work experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Preferred
certified Payroll Professional certification
Prior knowledge of Workday
Prior knowledge of ADP
